The Compassion & Candour Conundrum has been bugging me for ages.
I think it’s one of the trickiest and most important aspects of organisational life, for all sorts of reasons.
Like you, I’ve had many experiences, both good and bad, motivating me to explore this more.
This isn’t easy work. It can feel sensitive and sometimes risky.
